ResellersWebsiteHosting extends a 15-days money-back guarantee to all new ResellersWebsiteHosting customers. This service guarantee shall begin from the date of signup of new customer account and shall expire 15 days later. The customer has the right to cancel their contract with ResellersWebsiteHosting by mailing us within 15 days.
Returns will be given back to the customer in the form of which customer initially paid for service no later than 15 days of the cancellation. Returns do not include setup fees, paypal charges and/or domain registration fees.
In the event that a client's account has been suspended/terminated due to any violations of the Service Level Agreement, the 15 days money-back guarantee will be void.
A Reseller requesting the 15 day money back guarantee, for a reseller order, will come in the form of a credit to their account no later than 15 days of the cancellation. This refund will be through Paypal only. This credit can be used at anytime towards any ResellersWebsiteHosting service. Upon ResellersWebsiteHosting of primary reseller account, credits are non-refundable. |
